• You may use data you buy, or the free sample and month, inside your own organisation for research, analysis and internal applications.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish row-level data, or run a service that lets others retrieve it.
• Keep your API key private. Access can be suspended for abuse, key sharing or redistribution.
• Free reports are licensed separately under CC BY 4.0; see Reports.
• Until the API opens nothing is for sale. The free reports and fee calculators are free to use.

This summary is not the agreement; the sections below are. They are a draft and will be final before anything is sold.

1. Who we are

Boogie Data is operated by ReadyDone, LLC. Contact: info@boogiedata.com.

2. Acceptance

These terms will apply when accounts and purchases open. Using this site, its free reports or its fee calculators does not create a paid agreement.

3. Licence and acceptable use

You may use data you buy, and the free sample and free month, inside your own organisation for research, analysis and internal applications. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense it, publish it row by row, or run a service that lets others retrieve it. Keep your API key private.

Coverage, freshness, row counts and missing values are shown with the data. The data may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or accurate.

4. Accounts and API keys

Keys go in the X-API-KEY or Authorization: Bearer header, never in a URL. You are responsible for calls made with your key. You can rotate or revoke it at any time.

5. Fees, billing and refunds

Cancelling stops the next charge. Periods already delivered are not refunded. Prices are listed on the Pricing page in US dollars, excluding tax.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Data is provided as is. It may contain errors and comes without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, investment returns or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here is investment advice.

7. Limitation of liability

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, credential sharing or redistribution. Cancelling stops the next charge.
