Moratorium
Moratorium: A pause on new short-term rental permits.
How we measure it
We record yes, no or unknown from the published rule, with the date we checked it.
What it is not
Existing permits often continue during a moratorium; read the linked rule for what it covers.
Where it appears in the data
Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
