# Realized price

**Realized price:** An auction result where the auction closed with at least one bid, so the price is a real sale.

## How we measure it

We mark each price as realized or not from how the listing ended.

## What it is not

An ended listing with no bids has a price on the page but no sale.

## Where it appears in the data

Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
