# Grade

**Grade:** A grading company's condition score for a card or comic, such as PSA 10 or CGC 9.8.

## How we measure it

We record the grade printed in the listing title, and the grading company separately when the listing names it.

## What it is not

A grade from one company is not the same as the same number from another.

## Where it appears in the data

Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
