# Boogie Data vs AirDNA

## Where Boogie Data is stronger

## What we don't have yet

History starts in September 2026 (Inside Airbnb snapshots in June 2026). We have no app or dashboard and no revenue estimate for a single address: the data comes as rows over the API and MCP.
